Rafael Nadal

Rafael Nadal Parera was born the3rd June of 1986 in Manacor, Mallorca. He has a younger sister named Maria Isabel.His uncle, Miguel Angel Nadal, is a retired professional football player who played for RCD Mallorca, FC Barcelona and the spanish national team. At the age of eight, Nadal won an under-12 year regional tenis championship when he was also a promising football player. When Nadal was 12, he won the Spanish and European tennis titles in his age group and was playing tennis and football all the time.When he was 14, the Spanish Tennis Federation asked him to move to barcelona to continue his tennis progression and training. Nadal missed the Australian Open due to a foot injury. In February, he lost in the semifinals of the first tournament in Marseille,France.But he is the number 1 in the world.
